Michael: Yea, I know.

Sarah: Shut up, this reminds me of how we first met…

Sarah: マイケル、たまにすごく不安を感じちゃうの。もう、終わりにしよう。

Michael: ごめん、でも僕は別れたくないよ。君のことしか考えられないよ。

Sarah: マイケル、いつもなんて言ったら私の機嫌が良くなるのかわかるよね。

Michael: まぁな

Sarah: うるさいなぁ、初めて会ったときのこと思い出すわ…

次回、どうやって二人は出会ったのか…？？

あなた浮気したでしょう？

通常でしたら「浮気」を cheating と言いますが、unfaithful は cheating と同じ意味を表現していますが、少し固めの言い方です。

もう、終わりにしよう。
別れ文句です。I think を使うことで「終わりにしよう」を和らげてます。

Sorry, and I don’t want to break up with you.

ごめん、でも僕は別れたくないよ。
ここで使われている break up は「別れる」って意味です。 I want to break up や Let’s break up などで使われる場合が多いです。その他、喧嘩を止めるときにも使えます。 Break up the fight で人と人を離れさせるという意味です。

I can’t think of anyone but you.

君のことしか考えられないよ。
ここで使われている anyone but you も only you と同じ用に使えます。
