going out
これは「遊びに行く」や「出かける」の意味もありますが「付き合う（交際）」の意味もあります。このシチュエーションではSarahは「何でMichaelと一緒に出かけてるの？」と聞いてるが、Melindaは「何でMichaelと付き合ってるの？」と理解し、ミスコミュニケーションがおきます。
Dating
直訳では「交際」です。「付き合う」や、付き合う前の段階、いろんなデートに行ったりしてる段階でも使えます。
seeing him
直訳では「彼を見てる」ですが、「彼と会っている」「彼と付き合っている」の意味でもあります。このシチュエーションでは「彼と会っている」の意味ですが、「I’m seeing Sarah now」と言うと「Sarahと付き合っている」って意味です。
head over heels
直訳では「踵が頭の上」ですが、意味は誰かのことがすごく好きで、大好きすぎてたまらない。ひっくり返って全てが逆さまになるくらい大好きすぎて全くロジカルに考えられない。

Melinda: Why??
Sarah: Why are you going out with Michael?
Melinda: Uh, no I’m not. I’m not dating Michael!
Sarah: Yea, I know. He’s mine. So then, why were you seeing him the other night?
Melinda: Well, I just wanted to make sure that you were doing well. I missed you.
Sarah: No you don’t. You just want Michael.
Melinda: Oh, Sarah! Stop it. Well…after seeing him a couple of times —
Sarah: A couple of times??
Melinda: Why do you have to be like that? Yea…anyways, as I was saying…um…after seeing him a couple of times, I realized that he is head over heels for you.
Sarah: Oh…
Melinda: Yea…so…I can’t even…
